This week’s focus is on the regulations that require all individuals to have an equal chance for employment. In addition, you will analyze what it means to provide a safe workplace under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Switching gears a bit, you will also learn about how HR helps carry out organizational strategy through strategic planning. The discussion this week is about the Americans with Disabilities Act and the exceptions allowed by law.
