Welcome to Week 4

Employers screen candidates using various tests to make hiring and promotion decisions. This week you will consider the legal implications of testing procedures. You will learn about the legal concerns of discrimination and invasion of privacy, and consider the legal issues involved in selecting employees for initial hire or promotion. We will also look at bona fide occupational qualifications (BFOQ) for a job in question.
